  • Well-versed in Oil and Gas Contracts, Agreements and Negotiations
  • Involved in over 100 projects in Louisiana.
  • Founding Chairman, Gulf Coast Prospect Expo, Board Member of Louisiana Oil and Gas Association (LOGA), Member of Independent Petroleum Association of America.
  • Instrumental in drilling first Horizontal Austin Chalk well in Louisiana, North Bayou Jack Field, Avoyelles Parish.

Gregory W. Ellison, Member/General Manager

  • Certified Professional Landman (CPL)
  • 40 years of experience in various technical and management positions
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from United States Military Academy at West Point

Frank Vincent, Geologist

  • 43 years experience as an Exploration/Production/Evaluation Geologist in Louisiana and Texas
  • Mr. Vincent worked for ARCO, ENTEX, Caddo Management and Lyons Petroleum

Royce Gates, Petroleum Engineer

  • B.S. in Petroleum Engineering – Louisiana Tech University
  • M.S. in Petroleum Engineering – Tulane University
  • 20 years of active investing in the energy business
  • 15 years of experience in the energy banking and investment banking business with Deutsche Banc Securities’ and its U.S. predecessor, BT Alex, Brown and BT Securities.
